PE-200 is a high-performance desiccant masterbatch engineered to effectively eliminate moisture from recycled polymers—including polyethylene, polypropylene, mineral fillers, and functional additives. Its advanced formulation ensures reliable moisture absorption while supporting processing stability and final product integrity.

Between 1% and 5% by weight, depending on initial moisture content, material composition, and processing conditions. Higher concentrations may be used for heavily contaminated or highly hygroscopic recycled materials

All batches undergo rigorous testing including melt index verification, dispersion analysis, moisture absorption kinetics, and compatibility testing. Certificates of Analysis are provided with each shipment.
