polymers including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and PS. This desiccant
masterbatch is designed for manufacturers using either recycled or
virgin PE/PP resins to produce diverse plastic goods. Even minimal
moisture present in raw materials can significantly disrupt
production and impair product quality. Traditionally, factories
rely on energy-intensive drying equipment, leading to increased
power consumption, labor costs, and overall product expense.
By incorporating this masterbatch at a recommended ratio into the
raw material—without altering existing production processes—issues
such as bubbles, streaks, cracks, and surface defects caused by
moisture are effectively eliminated. It does not negatively impact
the mechanical or physical properties of the final product.
